Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trade mobile application and any related websites and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by StealthCompany, LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Trade Is

Trade is a private video-sharing app for small groups of friends. You record short clips in response to prompts and send them to groups you belong to. Clips your friends send stay hidden until you send one of your own back; when you do, the trade unlocks. Clips you send are also saved to your private history ("trails").

Trade has no public feed, no follower counts, and no advertising. What you share is visible only to the members of the groups you share it with.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian permits you to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You sign in to Trade with your Apple account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your Trade account and for keeping access to your device and Apple account secure. Notify us promptly at hey@stealthlabs.llc if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Your username must not impersonate someone else, infringe anyone's rights, or be offensive. We may reclaim or change usernames that violate this rule.

4. Your Content

You own the clips, photos, messages, and other content you create on Trade ("Your Content").

So that the Service can work, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, storing your clips, generating thumbnails and group recaps, and delivering your clips to the members of the groups you send them to). This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except where content has already been delivered as part of a trade (see Section 5) or where limited copies persist briefly in backups.

We do not sell Your Content, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for Your Content. Only share content you have the right to share.

5. How Sharing Works

Be thoughtful about what you send. When a trade unlocks, the members of that group can view your clip on their devices, and we cannot prevent someone from capturing it (for example, by screen recording). Deleting a clip removes it from the Service, but it cannot undo what others have already seen or saved outside the Service.

6. Content Rules

Trade is for close friends, and we have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You must not use the Service to share content that:

is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any form;
harasses, bullies, threatens, or degrades any person;
promotes violence, self-harm, or hatred against any group;
infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights;
deceives, defrauds, or impersonates others.

You can report content and block users from within the app. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion and without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

violate any applicable law or regulation;
access another person's account or personal information without permission;
interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service;
use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without our permission;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where the law permits it;
resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, wordmark, and other content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

You can stop using the Service at any time and can delete your account from within the app. Deleting your account removes your profile and Your Content from the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 8, 11, 12, and 13) survive.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including maintenance, security, or operational needs. Trade is a young product and features may change.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will never be lost.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StealthCompany, LLC and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service will be resolved in the competent courts located in San Francisco, California. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, provide additional notice in the app. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
